Senators have agreed to extend the first time home buyers tax credit of $8,000. Purchase agreements will have to be sign by the end of April 2010 with a closing date before the end of June.

They also agreed to offer a reduced credit of up to $6,500 to repeat buyers that have owned their home for at least 5 years.

I had the pleasure of going into Cynthia's Sweets yesterday! The first thing that hits you is the wonderful smells of sweet chocolate.  I went shopping to pick up a couple of client gifts and thought what would be better then chocolate.
