I had the pleasure of going into Cynthia's Sweets yesterday! The first thing that hits you is the wonderful smells of sweet chocolate.  I went shopping to pick up a couple of client gifts and thought what would be better then chocolate. This wonderful store features hand made chocolates and the toffee is what it is known for. Wow, was it awesome. If you are driving down Route 83 in Grayslake, be sure to stop in.  Located at 206 N. The Hearth and Hound open in April 2009. They are located at 456 Barron Blvd. in Grayslake right next to the Grayslake Middle School.  I have past this store many times and wondered what the had inside. Wonder no more.
